But the product is also extremely environmentally friendly. The use of renewable and recycled raw materials reduces the amount of virgin plastic used and thus the CO2 consumption from raw materials compared to a fountain pen made from fossil-based plastic. The product shaft is made from oiled wood from 100% FSC®-certified, sustainable forestry.
