Your tasks:

Accounting – You will be responsible for smooth and transparent accounting for the entire Sales Office in Poland with a staff of seven. This includes, for example, independently completing month-end and year-end accounts, local cash management and management of accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will also prepare the VAT return and act as a contact for auditors, banks and chartered accountants.

Data preparation – Through regular business development reports and analyses you will achieve clarity and transparency. In the process you will create forecasts and assume responsibility for budget planning. You will analyse planning results and prepare a wide variety of data. You will cooperate closely with sales staff and the Market Director.

Payroll – You will coordinate and prepare the payroll for our service provider.

Your profile – multifaceted:

  • Higher professional qualification (college degree)
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in accounting or a similar field
  • Strong analytical skills, systematic and accurate attitude
  • Ability to work independently
  • SAP / R3 (CO / FI / MM) knowledge of advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good English and / or German written and oral language skills

Your tasks:

Marketing – You are responsible to prepare, manage, coordinate and execute the annual nation-wide marketing plan for our Sales Office in Poland. You take care about the marketing budget, you prepare and realize marketing activities, PR projects and promotional materials, preparing texts, articles, reports and interviews. You prepare BTL and ATL activities, you communicate with the medias and take care about all brand touchpoints in Poland.

Social media – You have a high affinity to social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) and you are able to create social media campaigns, to analyse the results in order to entertain our fans. You will be the spokesman of our brand in Poland and you will participate in national and international meetings and events.

Your profile – multifaceted:

  • high school / university education
  • Marketing experience with preparation of marketing plans, segmentation and campaigns as well as management and coordination of campaigns and projects
  • you can write marketing texts and information materials
  • you can work with different agencies and you have social media affinity
  • you have a positive, flexible personality with excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Good English and / or German written and oral language skills
  • Driving licence

Your tasks:

Sales – You are responsible for achieving sales objectives by selling products to new and established Key Account customers for our Sales Office in Poland, within the given company framework. You conduct presentations to customer executives and decision makers and you prepare formal proposals and you lead the negotiations. You will be responsible for business policy with key account customers. You build and develop the relationship with our key decision makers for new and established accounts. You prepare the sales contracts and routes for approval.

Analyse – You analyse customer business opportunities and threats and design plans to capitalize on them. You prepare the sales strategy and conditions for your customers and you coordinate and perform economic and competitive analysis. You identify opportunities for field sales force to secure sales and you monitor the competitors and the market with understanding customer needs. You develop accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Your profile – multifaceted:

  • high school / university education
  • at least 2 years of experience on KAM position and other sales experience of 2-8 years
  • similar experience from an international FMCG company focusing on international chains
  • you have a positive, flexible personality with excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as organizational and analytical skills
  • you are highly self-motivated and flexible
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Native level of Polish and good English and / or German written and oral language skills
  • Driving licence

Your tasks:

Coordination – You will be responsible for all back office coordination for our entire Sales Office in Poland as well as for all orders and deliveries and the coordination of the customer requirements with the logistic team. You will take care for all customer and product master data in SAP.

Planning – You will be responsible for the monthly product forecasts, planning and performance analyses. You prepare statistics and analyse the customer data.

Support and assist – You support the Sales and Marketing colleagues and prepare presentations, offers and all supporting materials for customers and events. You will be the soul of our Sales Office in Poland.
