It's quite simple:

We love to give your application a personal touch. As soon as we receive your application, we will of course confirm receipt, and we will keep you up to date on all the next steps. With us, you always know where you stand.

We like to fall in love twice:

We like to fall in love twice – first digitally, then in person. Your first step toward STABILO is a video call so we can get to know each other. If the chemistry is right, we will invite you to a face-to-face meeting at our offices – something we particularly look forward to! And because we love clarity, you will receive honest feedback quickly: better a clear “yes” or ‘no’ than an endless "maybe."
  1. As soon as we receive your application, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. While you don't have to do anything else, our work begins.
  2. We will forward your documents to the appropriate department. Labelled: Urgent!
  3. If you have aroused our curiosity, we will approach you and together we will find an appointment for a 30-minute team call. You will not only get to know us from the People & Culture team, but also a manager from your department.
  4. If we are impressed by you, we will conduct a second interview with you. Simply because half an hour is rarely enough to get to know each other properly.
  5. Final round! Now it gets a little serious, because here - in most cases - a task is waiting for you. Depending on the type of task, we will either send it to you in advance or give it to you directly during the interview. In any case, expect more participants than in the second round. Often there will be another manager or a future colleague of yours.
  6. After we have made it so exciting, we also move fast and give you final feedback very soon.
We are often asked how long it takes from application to interview. Our answer: Not long at all. We often receive our signal after just a few days. If we receive a particularly large number of applications, it can take as long as one to three weeks. After all, we want to work quickly but above all thoroughly and not overlook any talent.
Because our vacancies are so important to us, we keep searching until we hit the bull's eye. That's a lot of work, from posting the job to signing the contract. But: We are proud of our "time to hire" of just 4.7 weeks on average. Those who are familiar with this will now raise an eyebrow in appreciation.
We always take an application process quite casually. After all, it's neither an exam nor an act of state. It's just - at least from our point of view - a relaxed way of getting to know each other. If you're wondering what to wear, we simply say: Dress for authenticity. And let your personality shine.
During the application process, we collect and store your application documents so that we can work faster and more efficiently. We assure you that we will only process the personal data you provide for the purpose of the application process. We keep your data for a period of 6 months after the end of the application process (acceptance or rejection).

The legal basis for the processing of personal data from your application documents is, in the case of an application via the application form, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO (consent of the data subject) and in the case of an application by e-mail or post - Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO (processing is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, which take place at the request of the data subject).

Your journey to Heroldsberg

  • Park in our visitor parking spaces.
  • Get your visitor pass at the gate.
  • Report to reception in the main building.
  • Your contact person will come to get you.
  • Take the U2 in the direction of Ziegelstein/Airport and get off at Nordostbahnhof.
  • From there take the Gräfenbergbahn R21 in the direction of Heroldsberg/Gräfenberg.
  • Get off at Heroldsberg Nord and you will find yourself in front of our back entrance.
  • Just ring the bell at the turnstile, we will pick you up and take you to the registration desk where you will get your visitor's badge.
  • Then you can move around freely - preferably in the direction of the main building. There you report to the reception desk.
  • And your contact person will meet you personally.

Your journey to Weißenburg

  • Park in our visitor parking spaces.
  • Pick up your visitor's badge at the gate.
  • Report to the reception desk in the main building.
  • Your contact person will come to get you.

  • Leave Weissenburg station in the direction of the city center.
  • On the station grounds, on the right after the parking spaces, cross the street on the ascending footpath.
  • Follow the Bürgermeister-Fleischmann-Straße until it forks.
  • Keep to the right on Wilhelm-Tröltsch-Straße and go straight on at the end of the street. Between the fire department and TÜV (leave TÜV on your right) turn into Industriestraße.
  • Turn right and after about 300m you will reach our gate on the left side. Allow 10 minutes for this walk
  •  Report to the gate and ask for your visitor's badge. Your contact person will come to pick you up.
