1. GENERAL CONDITIONS.
By entering into the #mySTABILOdesign competition (“Competition”) outlined below, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, Terms and Conditions (“Official Rules”) governing the Competition and confirm you satisfy all the requirements below. Therefore, please read these Official Rules carefully before proceeding. You are encouraged to print and keep a copy of these Official Rules for your records.
1. 일반조건
아래에명시된 #mySTABILO 디자인대회 ( "대회")에참가함으로써대회를관할하는공식규정, 이용약관 ( "공식규정")에동의하게되며아래의모든요구사항을충족하는지확인합니다. 따라서진행하기전에이공식규칙을주의깊게읽으십시오. 기록을위해이공식규칙의사본을인쇄하여보관하는것이좋습니다.

3. START, PROCEDURE AND DURATION.
The competition starts on February 11th, 2019 at 00.00 (midnight) CEST.
In Phase 1, that will take place until February 24th, 2019 at 24.00 CEST you can download a packaging template from our campaign landing page:

The Competition is a creative activity, where Participants are to design a packaging design within a STABILO design template. The provided packaging design template has to be designed by hand, using real pens and/or pencils and/or crayons and/or felt-tip pens. After you have finished your hand drawn packaging design you need to post it on Instagram with your public Instagram account, using the campaign hashtag #mySTABILOdesign. Please also link/tag @stabilo inside your post.
In Phase 2, that starts on February 25th, 2019 and takes place until March 3rd, 2019 our STABILO jury will select 12 winners (including 2 top winners). The STABILO jury is formed by members of STABILO Marketing team.
The announcement of the winners will take place on or about March 4tht, 2019. The winners will be contacted via his/her Instagram Account through a comment on his/her photo.

본대회는 STABILO 디자인템플릿내에서포장디자인을디자인하는창의적인활동입니다. 제공된포장디자인템플릿에실제펜,연필,크레용또는펠트펜을사용하여손으로직접 디자인해야합니다. 손으로그린 포장디자인을마친후에는캠페인해시태그 #mySTABILOdesign와 @stabilo 를태그하고 Instagram에공개계정으로게시해야합니다.
2단계에서는 2019 년 2 월 25 일부터 2019 년 3 월 3 일까지 STABILO 심사위원이 12 명의수상자 (상위 2 명의수상자포함)를선정합니다. STABILO 심사 위원은 STABILO 마케팅팀의구성원으로구성되며우승자발표는 2019 년 3 월 4 일경에이루어집니다. 우승자는자신의사진에대한코멘트를통해 Instagram 으로연락을받게됩니다.
4. ELIGIBILITY.
The Competition is open only to natural persons who have reached the age of 18 as of the date of Entry. Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to participate in the Competition.
The Competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor or any of its affiliates, distributors or dealers, its promotion agencies, or members of their immediate families, or persons living in same household, are not eligible to enter or win.
4. 자격
공모전은출품일기준으로만 18 세이상을대상으로열려있습니다. 18 세미만은대회에참가할수없습니다. 대회는적용가능한모든법률및규정의적용을받으며법으로금지되거나제한되는경우무효입니다. 후원사또는그계열사, 배급사또는상인, 승진대행사또는직계가족또는동일세대에거주하는사람의직원은입회하거나수상자격이없습니다.
5. ELIGIBLE PHOTOS OF YOUR DESIGN.
Take a picture of the full A4 format of your final packaging design template and post it on Instagram, using the campaign hashtag #mySTABILOdesign
Please keep your original design template until the design contest is complete!
By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that you hold all rights in the submitted packaging design and the photo of the design provided by you. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and remove any submitted photos from the Competition based on suspicion of copyright infringement or violation of the Official Rules and/or the Community Guidelines below.
5. 귀하의디자인이담긴사진.
최종포장디자인템플릿의전체 A4 형식을찍은다음캠페인해시태그 #mySTABILO design 을사용하여 Instagram에게시하십시오. 디자인콘테스트가완료될때까지원본디자인템플릿을보관하십시오!
대회에참가함으로써귀하는제출된포장디자인및귀하가제공한디자인사진에대한모든권리를보유함을보증합니다. 후원사는아래의공식규칙또는커뮤니티가이드를위반한저작권침해혐의에근거하여대회에서제출한사진을실격처리하고제거할권리가있습니다.
6. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES.
All submitted photos must comply with the Community Guidelines of Instagram (which can be found through this URL: https://help.instagram.com/477434105621119/)
Besides complying with the Community Guidelines, submitted photos must not:
a) Contain any real photos of yourself, other persons or products inside the design template.
b) Contain material that violates or infringes others’ rights.
c) Contain trademarks or brand names of others besides those trademarks or brand names owned by the Sponsor.
d) Contain material that is indecent, hateful, defamatory, discriminatory or which in any way may infringe or violate others, including but not limited to nudity, offensive gestures, or mature content.
e) Contain material that is not suitable for the Competition.
6. 커뮤니티가이드라인.
제출된모든사진은 Instagram의커뮤니티가이드라인 (https://help.instagram.com/477434105621119/에서확인할수있음)을준수해야합니다. 제출된사진은커뮤니티가이드라인을준수하는것외에도다음사항을수행해서는안됩니다.
a) 자신이나다른사람또는제품의실제사진을디자인템플릿안에포함하는것
b) 타인의권리를침해하거나침해하는자료를포함하는것
c) 스폰서가소유한상표또는브랜드이름외에다른상표또는브랜드이름을넣는것.
d) 외설적, 증오성, 명예훼손, 차별적인콘텐츠또는누드, 불쾌한몸짓을포함이에국한되지않고다른사람을침해하거나침해할수있는콘텐츠를올리는것.
e) 대회에적합하지않은자료를포함하는것.
7. ENTRY.
An Entry is submitted each time you upload a photo to your Instagram account with the hashtag #mySTABILOdesign and mention @stabilo via the Instagram Application during the term. The uploaded photo must comply with these Official Rules and the Community Guidelines above, as well as the official terms of use of Instagram (which can be found here: https://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/.
There is no limit to the number of Entries submitted. Entries are only accepted if they are submitted through the Instagram Application and they are hashtagged properly as described. Only Entries from Instagrammers with public/open accounts/profiles will be considered as valid Entries. Entries will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the authenticity and accuracy of all information provided.
7. 제출
항목은해시태그 #mySTABILOdesign을사용하여 Instagram 계정에사진을업로드하고임기중 Instagram 응용프로그램을통해 @stabilo를언급할때마다제출됩니다. 업로드된사진은위의공식규칙및커뮤니티가이드와 Instagram의공식사용약관 (https://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/에서확인할수있음)을준수해야합니다. 제출된응시자수에는제한이없습니다. 항목은 Instagram 응용프로그램을통해제출되고설명한대로올바르게해시태그가지정된경우에만허용됩니다. 공개 / 공개계정 / 프로필이있는 Instagrammers의항목만유효한항목으로간주됩니다. 출품작은반송되거나인정되지않습니다. 후원사는제공된모든정보의정확성과정확성을확인할권리가있습니다.
8. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS.
By submitting your Entry to the Competition as described above, you (i) consent to your personal data (email, name, address, country, telephone number, age, Instagram username) being stored on Sponsors servers, in the event of being elected a winner; (ii) consent, subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Rule 13 below, to the electronic communication and delivery via Communications on Instagram, e-mail and/or post of documents related to the Competition, (iii) agree by submitting your Entry to the Competition to these Official Rules. This consent is effective unless and until you withdraw it. You may withdraw your consent to electronic communication and delivery of documents or update your contact information at any time by contacting Sponsor at instagram@stabilo.com. We will send you a confirmation notice once we have processed your change request. Please note that through your consent withdrawal a further participation in the Competition may eventually not be possible.
8. 전자통신.
위에서설명한바와같이대회에출품작을제출하면 (i) 귀하가 (i) 당선된경우스폰서서버에저장된귀하의개인데이터 (이메일, 이름, 주소, 국가, 전화번호, 연령, Instagram 사용자이름)에동의하는것입니다.
우승자; (ii) 스폰서개인정보보호정책및아래의규칙 13에따라 Instagram, 전자메일또는대회관련문서게시를통한전자통신및전달에대한동의, (iii) 귀하의출품작을이공식규칙에대한경쟁. 이동의서는귀하가철회할때까지효력이있습니다. 귀하는언제든지 instagram@stabilo.com의 Sponsor에연락하여전자통신및문서전달에대한동의를철회하거나언제든지연락처정보를업데이트할수있습니다. 변경요청을처리하면확인통지서를보내드립니다. 귀하의동의철회를통해대회에대한추가참가는가능하지않음에유의하십시오.
9. WINNER SELECTION.
The Competition is a game of skill. The winners will be selected by a judging panel of Sponsor consisting of Sponsor’s employees. The judging panel will select the best packaging designs, based on creativity, style and general impression. There are two winner categories:
a) Top 2 winners
b) 10 further winners
One Participant can only win one prize. Sponsor will notify the winners from March 4th 2019 onwards via comments on the winner’s photos. The winners must reply to Sponsor by giving information on his or her real name, address, country so that Sponsor knows where to send the prize. Failure to respond to the prize notification by a winner within three (3) days of Sponsor notifying the winners in the post on Instagram will result in forfeiture of the applicable prize.
The selection of the winners shall be in the sole discretion of the judges who may decide by unanimous vote or majority vote. There is no appeal of the judges' decision. Any prize awarded may be forfeited if a prize winner fails to comply with these Official Rules. In the event of prize forfeiture by a prize winner, Sponsor may select an alternative prize winner. A PRIZE WINNER IS ONLY ENTITLED TO RECEIVE THE PRIZE ONCE HE OR SHE HAS SATISFIED ALL REQUIREMENTS IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
Sponsor reserves the right to select less winners than the above-mentioned amount or not to select any winners at all.
9. 우승자 선택.
대회의 심사 기준은 경쟁입니다. 수상자는 스폰서의 직원으로 구성된 스폰서의 심사위원단이 선정합니다. 심사위원단은 독창성, 스타일 및 일반적인 인상을 기준으로 최고의 포장 디자인을 선택합니다. 다음 두 가지 우승자 카테고리가 있습니다.
a) 상위 2 위
b) 10 명의 우승자
한 참가자는 오직 하나의 상만받을 수 있습니다. 후원사는 우승자의 사진에 대한 의견을 통해 2019 년 3 월 4 일부터 우승자에게 통보합니다. 수상자는 스폰서에게 본인의 실명, 주소, 국가에 대한 정보를 제공하여 후원사에게 회신하여 스폰서가 상금을 보낼 장소를 알 수 있도록해야합니다. 후원사가 Instagram의 우승자에게 통보 한 후 3 일 이내에 우승자가 상금 통지에 응답하지 않으면 해당 상금이 몰수됩니다.
수상자 선정은 만장일치나 과반수 투표로 결정할 수있는 권위자의 재량에 따라 결정됩니다. 결정에 대한 항소는 없습니다. 수상자가이 공식 규정을 준수하지 않을 경우, 상을 수여 할 수 없습니다. 수상자가 위약 한 경우 스폰서는 다른 수상자를 선정 할 수 있습니다. 우승자는 이러한 공식 규정의 모든 요구 사항을 충족 시키킨 후 우승 상금을받을 권리가 있습니다.
후원사는 위의 금액보다 적은 수의 우승자를 선택하거나 우승자를 전혀 선택하지 않을 권리가 있습니다.
10. PRIZES.
The best two (2) packaging designs will each win one STABILO pen pack worth EUR 100 and one deuter backpack (free choice on https://www.deuter.com/DE/en/index.html)
max. worth of EUR 300.
Furthermore, it is intended that these two winner designs will be realized (published/printed) on a STABILO #mySTABILOdesign packaging of STABILO point 88 Mini and STABILO Pen 68 Mini. If wished by the winner, these designs may include their name (e.g. Instagram name or real name and/or signature). The winners have no right or claim to have their designs and/or names published whatsoever. The decision to use or publish the designs and/or names remains fully by STABILO International GmbH.
The ten (10) second place winners will win one STABILO pen pack worth EUR 50 each.
The prizes will generally be sent to each winner within about 30 days of each winner responding to the prize notification and supplying his/her details as set out in rule 9, as well as upon signing any additional documentation and/or agreements required so by Sponsor as set out in rule 11.
Prizes may not be substituted by the prize winner, and are not redeemable for cash and no case alternative is offered. All taxes, fees, duties, surcharges, if any, associated with the redemption of the prize are the responsibility of the prize winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason.
There are no additional prizes or fees and/or royalties of any kind awarded for participation in the Competition, being selected as a winner and/or for publishing the packaging designs.
10. 부상 관련
